Rock Ultimate provides leagues, tournaments & travel teams for junior high, high school, women’s & men’s age groups.

We’re looking for players of all skill sets and backgrounds. Whether your an experienced player or brand new to the sport, we have a place for you to play!

Our club teams, leagues and programs will stress the importance of fundamentals, smart decision-making and hard work while having fun along the way. We will teach all athletes how to practice and train the proper way so that they have a solid foundation to move forward.

We want to grow the game of Ultimate in Newfoundland and are doing just that! With our experienced staff and the support of UNL, we are ready to provide the best experience for our athletes!
